From the L-shaped immersive screen in reception showcasing the pepMuseum, to dynamic digital signage across open workspaces spreading the PepsiCo Way messages of joy and responsibility — this headquarters is anything but ordinary. It’s a new landmark for KAFD.

Branding and vibrant graffiti infuse every corner with life, reflecting PepsiCo’s broad Beverages & Snacks portfolio and sparking pride and belonging. Informal seating inspired by Chester’s skateboards and PepsiCo Way icons replaces the conventional office setup, creating spaces that are playful yet purposeful.

Technology, agility, and ergonomics take center stage — with sit-stand desks, Herman Miller chairs, and the Pephub, the heart of the office, anchored by a vast digital wall connecting teams across the region and globe.
